Not a great start to this weekend - yesterday had reduced engine power and codes for the MAF and MAP sensors. Also felt the car stammer a couple times and not getting full throttle down front straight as I could only get it up to 130 mph.
Replaced the MAP sensor yesterday and hoped for the best today.
Went out to all racers practice and didn’t make it half a lap. Reduced engine power again and this time throttle position sensor code and throttle actuator control motor circuit. Car won’t start. Gonna switch out throttle body with the one on Randy Adkins car as it’s the same one I have luckily. Just missed Thunder qualifying but hopefully I can make the race at 1:30.

NOLA Motorsports Park wasn’t meant to be for me this weekend unfortunately…..To say i’m disappointed is a huge understatement after traveling all this way BUT I will get this figured out and will race another day. Thanks to all of you out there with well wishes and advice. I appreciate you all!! Sometimes things happen for real reasons and I’ve done this long enough to know it’s all a part of racing. 😰
