All of my Super Unlimited friends/competitors bolted to TTU for the contingency prize today - so I won SU today! 🤩 And you know what? I need to put some adult beverage in that drink container trophy and drink a few sips for all the worries of today. Hey a win is a win right? 😂
I was so worried that belt wasn’t going to stay on the entire race. But it did luckily - I also had a gopro mounted in the engine compartment to video the pulley and belt. We are switching the tensioner pulley which appears to be a c5 pulley for a c6 pulley which has taller shoulders. Should solve the belt issue finally but will know tomorrow.
Huge thanks to Randy Adkins who just happened to have a spare c6 tensioner pulley here. This part and his help will hopefully make the two races tomorrow go smoother!
