Today didn’t go quite the way we wanted. 🤨
Wasn’t able to finish the race due to oil pressure numbers I wasn’t comfortable running with this new motor.
Was it a tad disappointing pitting early?
Hell yes it was but I made the smart choice today and we will be back after we work through this - no doubt!
It’s been great seeing my NASA Southeast family and all the “welcome backs” and being told it’s good to see us running again. #drivenasa
The Pro-System Brakes and Alcon brakes were perfect today and the Chris Faircloth splitter worked so well and finally NO PUSH and the car wasn’t such a handful to drive.
Got lots of compliments on the Anderson Composites carbon hood today and all I could say was “I love that hood too”! 🖤
Thanks to Jeff Dernehl for taking the time for phone support today and Sean Merrell and Ryan Davis for driving from out of state to come and visit with me today!
Wish we could have given everyone a better show and I hate we couldn’t perform at our best today.
That’s racing and there will be another day soon!
